I would like to say a special thank you to the GP Care Advisor, Dr Gordon and Dr Turner for such attentive and supportive service and kindness with a recent episode in my health history. After a spell in a French emergency hospital and excellent treatment there I felt both relieved and reassured when I received likewise back at home when it all hit me ! This is the most advanced and patient friendly GP practice website I have come across and I must congratulate the designers for doing such a brilliant job. The layout is clear and the innovative features and pioneering self booking appointment option make this a clear "case study" for other GP practices which I hope will follow in your footsteps. I called in at the Medical Centre the other day, what a fantastic improvement -from the automatic opening doors, appointment system check-in, to the open plan reception desk and waiting area arrangement - this makes it much better for all.
